Conclusion & Recommendations

The workshop successfully delivered measurable improvements in core academic skills and student confidence, especially around self-management and engagement with teachers. While gains in participation and school connection were more gradual, they signal areas to reinforce with sustained
programming.

We recommend integrating follow-up initiatives, especially focused on building classroom participation and community connection, to capitalize on these results and deepen student engagement.
